Since I haven’t really baked in forever, I decided to bake some peach cobbler cookies. They came out good but I had to tweak the recipe because the first batch I felt just want cutting it. I followed the recipe exactly and found they came out “doughy” and light. These are photos of my first batch, the second batch I made with my own tweaks were so damn good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of them! I sprinkled a layer of sugar over each cookie the second time around and toasted the tops to a medium brown with some cinnamon and Ohmygawd….
I will be making these again tomorrow and with that a better post but I was so excited I had to show you guys now 🙂
